After the feature game is played, there’s time for other playtesting as well, so feel free to bring your game even if it isn’t your week! Next week’s featured game is Vehicular Arrangers. It’s soccer, but with tanks, trains, boats… vehicles of every kind! Facebook event
Critical Review – January 18th & 19th
18th Champaign Public Library @ 10:00am – 2:30pm
19th Champaign Public Library @ 12:00pm – 5:00pm
Critical Review is a chance for teams to chat with the CUDO Plays committee about what still needs to be done with their game before Turn-In in February. It’s an informal discussion where we will help you set goals for the final weeks of the competition. We want to ensure that every team turns in a game they are proud of! If your team hasn’t signed up for a Critical Review time slot, do so here!

As always, CUDO Plays will have a room for open playtesting at Winter War, the local gaming convention. You don’t need to be a con attendee to join in, but if you’re a Season 7 competitor, this is a great opportunity to get your game in front of some hardcore gamers that you might not see otherwise!
CUDO Plays Recommends
This week CUDO Plays recommends Tiny Towns.
You are the mayor of a tiny town in the forest in which the smaller creatures of the woods have created a civilization hidden away from predators. This new land is small and the resources are scarce, so you take what you can get and never say no to building materials. Cleverly plan and construct a thriving town, and don’t let it fill up with wasted resources! Whoever builds the most prosperous tiny town wins! A challenging but rewarding city building game.
